The training is organized within the project \u201cEU SIMRAES 2\u201d, in cooperation with VoRAE and REF.<\/p>\n<p>This training prepares mentors to understand the complexity and the role of teachers in the position of mentors who need to support students in overcoming challenges in secondary education, improve the quality of education, increase school attendance and prepare them for their careers.
